In the context of the ongoing security challenges in Lebanon, particularly in the northern regions, "Lebanon Debate" reports a violent incident that occurred on Thursday evening at the entrance to Jabal Mohsen in Tripoli, resulting in one person being injured.
According to the details, a dispute erupted between a group of young men, escalating into a physical altercation. During the fight, one of the individuals, identified as A.M., was stabbed in the face with a knife. He was immediately taken to a hospital for treatment, with his condition described as stable but serious. Meanwhile, the attacker fled the scene and remains at large.
While the specific reasons for the altercation are unclear, it is believed that the conflict stemmed from previous provocations that intensified into this violent episode.
The security forces have arrived at the scene, launched an investigation, and are actively searching for the assailant to apprehend and question him.
