"Lebanon Debate"

A dinner hosted by Radio Liban Libre at the Lebanese Forces headquarters, sponsored by party leader Samir Geagea and his wife Sethrida Geagea, reflected current political dynamics and internal conflicts, evident from the attendees and their identities.

"Lebanon Debate" sources revealed information about these internal conflicts, noting that the head of the Lebanese Forces deliberately did not seat the new head of the radio, Charbel Azar, at the main table with Geagea and his advisor Antoine Mrad, who also works at the radio.

Geagea was also accompanied at his table by the Head of Media and Communication, Charles Jabbour.

Conflicts within the radio station have become public, with whispers circulating within RLL about disagreements involving Geagea's legal affairs advisor, Fadi Zreika, and the station's general supervisor, Azar.

During the dinner event in Maarab, notable absences among party figures were observed, while there was a distinguished appearance by MP Chawki Daccache from Keserwan.

Geagea spoke during the dinner about the anniversary of the launch of RKK in 1978, affirming its role as "the radio of Lebanese resistance, principles, and convictions."

Geagea also alluded to HezEB and the Free Patriotic Movement (FPM), suggesting that "they live in a self-made world, disconnected from reality and our society." He characterized them as inherently opposed to the state's approach, not considering themselves part of it but still aiming to control it.

Geagea accused FPM officials of "solely focusing on their narrow interests and gaining benefits at the expense of the state and its citizens."
