Just one day after his seventeenth birthday, Lamine Yamal won the UEFA Euro 2024 in Berlin, having assisted Spain's first goal and being named the tournament's best young player following his country's 2-1 victory over England on Sunday.
Shortly after receiving the Best Young Player award and the gold medal, Yamal took pictures with his girlfriend, TikTok star Alex Padilla, alongside his parents and brother.
Alex Padilla caught attention when she made her first appearance beside Yamal, and the young woman couldn't hide her joy, celebrating Spain's victory with her boyfriend.
Media reports indicate that not much is known about Yamal's girlfriend, but she is said to have attended all of Spain's matches in the European Championship, appearing at the celebrations wearing the Spain jersey with the number 19.
According to the German newspaper "Bild," Padilla is a student like Yamal and resides in Barcelona. She has over 140,000 followers on TikTok, and they follow each other on Instagram, with Yamal's father also following Padilla.
"Bild" noted that details about her identity are still unknown, but her social media activity indicates a connection with Lamine Yamal.
Meanwhile, the Spanish newspaper "ABC" mentioned that Yamal is very private about his personal life but has expressed a desire to marry early.
