“Lebanon Debate”
Tripoli has been experiencing daily tensions due to unprecedented security chaos in all its neighborhoods and streets.
According to “Lebanon Debate” sources, a conflict erupted among several young men, quickly escalating into a physical altercation, which prompted the intervention of an army patrol to break up the fight.
During the altercation, an individual identified as M.G. attacked one of the soldiers, leading another patrol member to fire a warning shot to disperse the crowd once again.
The army patrol is currently working to secure the area and conducting raids to apprehend those involved in the fight for further investigation.
Sources indicated that the conflict was sparked by provocations. Additionally, while securing the area, an unusual incident occurred where an unknown individual on a motorbike fired shots into the air before fleeing. The army patrol is now also actively pursuing this individual.
One participant in the fight has been arrested and is undergoing questioning, while the patrol continues its search for the other individuals involved.
