"Lebanon Debate"
A family dispute occurred on Wednesday morning in the Abid neighborhood in Denniye and escalated into gunfire.
According to "Lebanon Debate" sources, the conflict was between H.A. on one side, and his brother S.H.A. and his son on the other.
As the argument intensified, H.A. struck his brother H.A. on the head with a rock, and fired his rifle. H.A. injured his brother in the hand and his nephew in the eye.
The injured individuals were initially taken to Denniye Governmental Hospital and then transferred to Tripoli Governmental Hospital for treatment. Both were reported to be in stable condition.
Sources revealed that the underlying cause of the dispute was a longstanding family disagreement over inheritance.
Security forces have been dispatched to the scene to investigate the details of the incident.
